Iniziative di Natale: Handmade Christmas

Due giorni fa ho scoperto questa bellissima iniziativa:

"Le raccolte di Natale - Handmade Christmas"

Ideata da Alex del blog 'C'è crisi c'è crisi', (da me scoperta grazie a Silvia del blog 'Tine the Lazy' che qui e ora ringrazio per avermi citato nel suo post sugli shop da visitare per Natale ^_^), questa raccolta si basa sulla condivisione fra blogger di DIY, progetti e regali fatti a mano. Ogn'uno è libero di postare un proprio prodotto/link all'interno di una delle tre categorie create appositamente per l'occasione, favorendo la condivisione e la conoscenza tra noi crafters.

Inoltre 30 blogger -The Creative Factory- capitanate appunto da Alex si sono "riunite" e ogni giorno fino al 18 Dicembre si alterneranno per offrirci idee, spunti e progetti per "realizzare" un Natale handmade.

Come fare per seguirle tutte? Basta entrare ogni giorno nel blog di Alex dove troverete un anteprima del progetto ed il link che reindirizza al blog del crafter ;-)

Adoro queste iniziative socializzanti e ammiro la capacità di queste giovani blogger...

Two days ago I discovered this wonderful initiative:

"Le raccolte di Natale - Handmade Christmas"

Designed by Alex of the blog 'C'è crisi c'è crisi', (that I discovered thanks to Silvia blog 'Tine the Lazy' that here and now I want to thank you for giving me mentioned in its post on the shop tovisit for Christmas ^_^), this collection based on shared among bloggers DIY projects and handmade gifts. Each one is free to post your own product/link in one of three categories created specifically for the occasion, encouraging the sharing and knowing between us crafters.

In addition there are 30 bloggers (The creative factory) captained by Alex, that every day until December 18 will take turns to offer ideas, suggestions and projects to "create" an handmade Christmas.

How to follow them? Just enter every day in the blog of Alex where you'll find a preview of the project and the link that redirects to the crafter blog ;-)

I love these initiatives socializing and I admire the ability of these young bloggers... They encourage me!!

Bracciale per lui -Bracelet for him-

E dopo tanto un bracciale per lui.

And after a lot of time a bracelet for him. 

Lavorando con feltro e perline mi sono ritrovata a fare delle prove che hanno fatto uscire fuori questo intreccio. Mi è piaciuto subito e l'ho messo da parte con l'intenzione di realizzare al più presto qualcosa per lui.

            While I was working with felt and beads I found myself doing this weave. Immediately I loved it and I put it aside with the intention to implement as soon as something for him.

Secondo me queste perline si prestano bene per un pattern maschile e l'intreccio mi ha dato subito l'idea di come doveva essere il progetto finito.

Per realizzarlo occorono delle perline piatte e squadrate conosciute come Tila-beads che si caratterizzano per l'avere un doppio foro. Una volta cucite tra loro si aggiungono ai lati le bugle-beads lavorandole al Brick stitch.

            I think these beads are well suited for a male pattern and the plot immediately gave me the idea of ​​how it had to be the finished project.

To realize it you needs beads flat and square known as Tila -beads that are characterized by having a double hole. Once sewn together you need added to the sides of the work the bugle-beads working with Brick stitch.

Per rendere il bracciale un po' più sobrio ho scelto di completarlo con nodi  macramè in filo di cotone cerato avorio. E con lo stesso ho realizzato una chiusura semplice e regolabile.

            To make the bracelet a little more sober I chose to complete it with macrame knots in waxed cotton ivory. And with the same thread I made a simple closing adjustable.
