Forme geometriche e perline -Geometrics shape and beads-

Questa collana è stata una richiesta. Parecchio tempo fa, non ricordo con precisione quando, feci degli orecchini  e poi anche un bracciale con questo particolare, un "aquilone" a tre facce realizzato con perline Delica e Madreperla. La mia amica si è innamorata prima degli orecchini e poi ha ricevuto in regalo il braccialetto. Non contenta è tornata da me per completare la sua parure. Così, concordato "tipologia" e lunghezza, oggi la sua collana è finalmente pronta.

                This necklace was a request. A long time ago, I can't remember exactly when, I made the earrings and then a bracelet with this particular, a "kite" three faces made ​​with Delica beads and Mother of pearl. A friend of mine at first fell in love with the earrings and then received as a gift the bracelet. 

She wasn't satisfied so she came back to me to complete her set of jewellery. We agreed the form and the length and now the necklace is finally ready.

 La forma di partenza di questo ciondolo è un rombo, figura ben spiegata nel libro "Shaped Beadwork" di Diane Fitzgerald, una straordinaria artista che è riuscita a fare cose meravigliose con le adorate perline.

                The original shape of this pendant is a diamond, a figure well explained in the book "Shaped Beadwork" by Diane Fitzgerald, an extraordinary artist who is able to do wonderful things with beads.

Una ciambella, una crostata, un pane integrale e una collana. :) -One donut, one jam tart, one brown bread and one necklace. :)-

Di norma il sabato è la giornata free-beads. I miei pupetti sono a casa e per questo giro alla larga dal mio stanzino. E allora di solito il sabato s'impasta qualcosa per passare un po' di tempo insieme, o per metà diciamo, perché poi puntualmente combinano qualcosa tipo rovesciare il latte, far cadere la farina... e mi "abbandonano" lì in cucina dove io rimango (letteralmente) con le mani in pasta.

                Usually Saturday is beads-free day. My babies stay at home with me and so I don't enter in my "boxroom-beads". Then on Saturdays we knead something to stay together but after have made some trouble, like spilling the milk or let fall down the flour, they leave the kitchen and I remain alone there, with a finger in the pie.

Ma oggi è stata una giornata speciale, perchè? Perchè in mattinata il papà si è "offerto" volontario e ha giocato tutto il tempo con loro ( :-)), e poi nel pomeriggio è arrivata la nonna (doppio :-) )!

E così, sono venuti fuori nell'ordine: collana-ciambella-crostata-pane.

                Today was a special day, Why? Because daddy in the morning "offered" voluntary and played with the babies all the time (:-)), and then in the afternoon arrived their grandmother (double :-))! And so, I created in the order: necklace-donut-tart-bread. 

Lunedì cercherò di fare nuove foto alla collana, promesso.
